AWARDS:

Awards will be based on the number of entries as of February 28.

• 1 to 3 entries → Only 1st place will be awarded.

• 4 or more entries → Top 3 will be awarded (1st–3rd place).

 

REGISTRATION FEE:

• Standard Entry: ¥6,600 (Includes insurance, lunch, coffee, etc.)

• Junior (JR) Entry: ¥4,400

• OC2 Entry: ¥13,200 (for two participants)

 

Entry Deadline: Friday, February 28

 

Late & On-Site Entry:

• ¥7,700 (Please note that lunch, coffee, and participant gifts may not be available for late/on-site entries.)

 

SCHEDULE:

• 8:00 – 9:00 → Race Check-in

• 9:15 → Opening Ceremony & Course Briefing

• 9:45 → Long Course Start

• 12:00 → Short Course Start

• 13:30 → Awards Ceremony & Closing

 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Hayama Park Parking Lot opens at 8:00 AM.

  • The road in front of the entrance is narrow, and cars lining up may cause inconvenience to local residents.

  • Please do not arrive early and wait in line before the gate opens.

• Race Safety Recommendations:

  • Wearing a life jacket, floating vest, RESTUBE, and leash is highly recommended.

• Race & Equipment Guidelines:

  • Participants must not park canoes illegally on public property or use canoes stored unlawfully.

  • After the race, all canoes must be removed from the beach immediately.
